Basic Package
In this product offering we work to meet a client’s most immediate deliverable needs, such as building reports and compiling data, or reviewing current documentation and processes for compliance and accuracy at a surface level. This service can be leveraged by customers who want an expert’s assurance of their current process, or by companies who have specific projects and documentation needs in mind.
Intermediary Package
This offering is ideal for customers who do not want to “reinvent the wheel”, or introduce much disruption to businesses activities, processes and budgets. It looks at enhancing current measures and deeply reviewing processes/procedures to identify failures and issue corrective plans. This is ideal for companies who want to curb the risks related to disruptive technologies, but that do not face severe operational exposure to those risks.
Advanced Package
As part of this service, we dedicate time and effort to visit the client’s facilities and understand their business as a whole. We work closely with business units at all levels to create a roadmap and a system that accurately measures, controls and mitigates risks that come from disruptive technologies, while integrating these measures to the customer’s current risk management process. This product is recommended for companies that face severe regulatory and operational risk from disruptive technologies, such as banks, payment processors, or companies who process personal identifiable information (PII) or personal health information (PHI).
